Is your car still under manufacturer warranty?
If so, you must use an authorized service center for covered repairs. Using an independent garage for warranty work may void your coverage. Tell us in the booking form and we will route it correctly.

How do I know how much the repair will cost?
Before any work starts, we send you a written cost estimate. You confirm or reject it. Nothing is done without your approval.
Do you service EVs and hybrids?
Yes. We have partner workshops with high-voltage trained technicians for electric and hybrid vehicles. EV-specific jobs like battery diagnostics, regenerative brake calibration, and charging port repairs are all available.
Can I choose authorized or independent?
Yes, you can state your preference in the booking form. We will also advise based on your vehicle's warranty status and the type of work needed.
What if the garage finds more problems?
If the workshop discovers additional issues during the inspection, we will contact you before proceeding. You decide what gets fixed. No hidden charges.
How long does a typical service take?
Routine oil service: same day. Brake pad replacement: same day. Diagnostics: 1–2 days. Major mechanical work: 3–7 days depending on parts availability.
Is pickup and drop-off available everywhere?
Pickup and drop-off is available in Kathmandu Valley. For locations outside the valley, you can drop your car directly at the partner workshop — we coordinate the rest.
Do I need to stay with the car?
No. Once we collect the car, you are free. We keep you updated at key stages — when it arrives at the workshop, when work starts, and when it is ready for return.
What documents do I need?
Just your vehicle's Bluebook (registration certificate) and a phone number. For warranty repairs, we may also need your service record or warranty card.
What happens after the repair — any warranty?
Most jobs come with a parts and labour warranty from the workshop. If an issue recurs related to the same repair, we go back to the workshop and follow up on your behalf.
My car was in an accident. Can you help?
Yes. For major accidents, note this in the booking form and upload photos of the vehicle. We will route it to a body shop and coordinate any insurance claim if applicable.
